This site began January 1 2013. I still have a lot to learnHilton Head is not the dream destination for surf fisherman. It is, however, one of the most popular vacation spots on the east coast with over 2 Million visitors a year. I have been one of those visitors for a number of years looking for information to fish while I am visiting with my family. I have not been able to find much useful information in a simple to use site. Various info scattered around fishing forums and trip sites made it hard to find what I needed, so I am creating this site. i hope it is helpful for new visitors to the Island. If not tell me what is needed to improve it.
Links for more info both in the site and other sites. Although I do not live on the Island, I will continue to gather information to improve my and your chances of catching the NEXT Big One. For families - your son/daughter catching a fish can be very rewarding and exciting. I am just getting going with it and learning how to manage a web site. I intend to improve it.
